Transmission connects us to one another, awakening our hearts and minds.  Here, Christophe André, Frédéric Lenoir, Frédéric Lopez, Matthieu Ricard and other authors concentrate on the beauty of transmission, and explain how it can be a source of joy for the giver as well as for the receiver. 

Each writer evokes the encounters that have profoundly changed his existence, whether it be someone close, a spiritual master or peoples from a far off corner of the world; the lessons he has learnt and what he, in turn, hopes to transmit.  Practical advice is given on how best to transmit what we care about.  We are in turn invited to gain awareness, to appreciate and to share the benefits of transmission, thanks to practical exercises.
