Rose and sandalwood incense is produced using Sumatran benzoin, iris powder, myrrh, rosebuds and flowers as well as equal parts of red rose and sandalwood essence. As it burns, this incense gives off an aroma which is denser than that of the four roses incense, but which is just as inspiring. Rosicrucian incense is made up of cubes which are burnt without the use of coals. It is burnt by lighting one of the corners with a match, fanning it for a few seconds before then placing it on an incense burner, where it can be left to burn. Average burn time: 20 minutes
