The Hermetical Triumph is unquestionably one of the most famous and highly regarded treatises of the 17th Century, remaining an extremely rich text. Its relative brevity in no way undermines three sections which are, each in their own right, renown throughout alchemical literature. In fact, The Ancient War of the Knights, the Dialogue of Eudoxes and Pyrophilus and the Letter... contain six key principles of secret Philosophy and are seen as three jewels making the work worthy of its subheading of “The most complete and intelligible treatise to date concerning the Hermetic Magisterium”.
