The philosopher Alexandre Jollien explores “all which is stronger than us”, anger, love and greed, in this book which is not only a personal journal, but which, over the course of its pages, unveils a new exercise: learning to know oneself, to abandon passions and ambitions to return to the essential, self-knowledge and thereby embrace life in its entirety.
