La puissance de l’optimisme

This little book shows that an understanding of the spiritual laws governing the universe can change our life. True optimism is above all a state of mind which allows each person to view events positively and to act for the best in all things. Its power resides in the conviction that there are spiritual laws which will act towards our happiness and well-being as long as we respect them and act in harmony with them. Understanding these laws and putting them into practice enables us to construct our own life rather than being subjected to it, and to travel confidently towards our ideal. By recognizing our triple nature: physical, mental and spiritual; by believing in the power of the spiritual laws; by exercising our inner powers such as creative imagination, we can break down fear and obstacles to live in harmony with ourselves and others and experience true peace.
