Fulcanelli dévoilé

Who was hiding behind the pseudonym of Fulcanelli, the alchemist who was said to have successfully created the philosopher’s stone and in 1922 carried out a transmutation at the Sarcelles gas factory? What should we make of his 1952 reappearance in Seville, at the age of 113, with a remarkably youthful appearance? Was he an adept, an initiate or a hoaxer? Geneviève Dubois, in an attempt to unravel the engima, undertook a meticulous study of the highly secretive universe of the clandestine societies of the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th Centuries. She leads us in the pursuit of characters such as René Guénon, Papus, Schwaller de lubicz, Jean-Julien Champagne, Pierre Dujols… and brings to light the relationships, which are often unsuspected, between these seekers of truth. An investigation based on unpublished documents, leading to a true re-evaluation of preconceived ideas and to finally unveil the mystery of Fulcanelli.
