This short, very dense treatise offers a Kabbalist reading of the table of Pythagoras, the Greek Tetragrammaton and the Hebrew Shemhamphorasch. Its mysterious author, probably Icelandic or Norwegian, aimed to restore the alchemical doctrine born in Egypt and secretively handed down by the Greeks, Hebrews and Arabs, which subsequently cannot be found in its purest and most simple form other than in Nature itself.
